Discipline, consistency, and a passion for inspiring others carried me to the Gauteng championship title — and now onto the road to the IFBB World Championships in Spain, November 2026, where I will represent South Africa.
Years of commitment to training, nutrition, and personal development have taught me to lead by example — proving that age is never a barrier to achieving exceptional results. My journey is built on resilience, determination, and a genuine desire to help others become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
